Success fee
When we place a unit, the buyer pays a success fee of 6% of the unit price (4% for subscribers). Suppliers pay no commission. If you paid for a sourcing request, it's credited against the fee.

A unit sold at AUD 40,000 has a 6% success fee of AUD 2,400. Your AUD 390 is credited, so you pay AUD 2,010 more. Subscribers pay 4%. (An illustration, not a quote.)

When do I pay the success fee?
Once the sale is agreed. We invoice the buyer, and terms are confirmed in writing before any money moves.
What if no units match my request?
You get the AUD 390 back in full.
Do suppliers pay commission?
No. Suppliers pay only for listings.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, any time. It stops at the end of the current month.
Do you hold stock?
No. Units are owned by the suppliers who list them. We check the details and handle the buyer side.
