1. Who we are. PadmountGear ("we") runs a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of padmount and kiosk transformers, switchgear and related equipment. We don't own the units listed.

2. Sourcing requests. A sourcing request costs AUD 390. We aim to send a shortlist within 10 business days. If we find no matching units, we refund the fee in full. If we place a unit with you, the fee is credited against the success fee.

3. Success fee. When a sale we introduced goes ahead, the buyer pays a success fee of 6% of the unit price (4% for active subscribers). Terms of each sale are confirmed in writing before any money moves.

4. Subscriptions. The buyer subscription costs AUD 149 a month and includes 2 sourcing requests a month (unused requests don't roll over), 48-hour early access to new listings and the 4% success fee. The supplier plan costs AUD 249 a month for unlimited listings and a featured spot. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid month.

5. Listings. A single listing costs AUD 99 and runs for 90 days from publishing. Suppliers must own the unit or be authorised to sell it, and must describe it accurately. We may decline or remove a listing that is inaccurate or unavailable, and refund the listing fee if we decline it before publishing.

6. Equipment and suitability. Sellers are responsible for the condition, documents and any warranty of their units. Buyers are responsible for confirming suitability, DNSP acceptance and compliance with their designer before buying. We pass on information in good faith but don't guarantee it.

7. Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices in Australian dollars. No GST is charged.
